In this paper, the space-vector pulsewidth modulation (SVPWM) technique for two-phase inverters is proposed. The proposed SVPWM applicable to induction motor drives. using can generate only four space voltage vectors, but cannot zero vectors. A reference vector located in square locus realized by adjusting switching sequence order minimize ripple content of output current. Practical verification theoretical predictions presented confirm capabilities new technique.
