Two-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (2D-STE) enables objective assessment of left atrial (LA) deformation through the analysis myocardial strain, which can be measured by different software. The aim this study was to compare consistency 3 commercially available software, include vendor-specific software for measuring ventricle (VSSLV), vendor-independent packages LV strain (VISLV) and LA (VISLA). Sixty-four subjects (mean age: 44 ± 16 years, 50% males) underwent conventional...

We propose a method of computational temporal ghost imaging over single optical fiber using simple intensity detection instead coherent detection. The transfer function system is derived, which the total dispersion and power density spectrum light source. In simulations, we find that bandwidth will decrease rapidly along with increase length or source bandwidth, resulting in significantly distorted image. To improve image quality, first calculate by approximating based on as its spectrum....

Left atrial appendage (LAA) dysfunction identified by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is a powerful predictor of stroke in patients with fibrillation (AF). The aim our study to assess if there correlation between the left (LA) functional parameter and LAA AF patients. This cross-sectional included total 249 Chinese who did not have cardiac valvular diseases were undergoing ablation. TEE was performed all categorized into two groups according their function. A 120 had dysfunction....
