Juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia (JMML) is a highly aggressive myeloid neoplasm of early childhood. Currently the only curative treatment for this potentially fatal disease haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), but cure rate 50%. As bridge-therapy prior to HSCT, cytoreductive chemotherapy usually given. Some studies have shown effective and sustained response with isotretinoin, differentiating agent.
