Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) can transdifferentiate into macrophage-like in the context of sustained inflammatory injury, which drives vascular hyperplasia and atherosclerotic complications. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we identify that VSMCs are key cell population mouse neointimal hyperplasia. Sex-determining region Y (SRY)-related HMG-box gene 10 (Sox10) upregulation is associated with VSMC accumulation pyroptosis vitro mice. Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α)-induced Sox10...

Interaction of the activating receptor NKG2D with its ligands is a major stimulatory pathway for cytotoxicity natural killer (NK) cells. Here, signaling involved after ligation examined. Either incubation NKG2D-bearing human NKL tumor cell line K562 target cells or cross-linking mAb induced strong activation mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinases. Selective inhibition JNK MAP kinase four different means greatly reduced NKG2D-mediated toward and furthermore, blocked movement microtubule...

To characterize potent odor-active compounds in preserved egg yolk (PEY), volatile were isolated by headspace solid-phase microextraction and solvent-assisted flavor evaporation. Gas chromatography–olfactometry (GC–O) gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analyses identified a total of 53 comparing the odor characteristics, MS data, retention indices with those reference compounds. Twenty-seven odorants detected at least five isolates that extracted analyzed same method, their...

This study reported the identification and determination of main components Commelina communis Linn. A total 62 compounds were identified in C. extract, which included 29 flavonoids flavonoid glycosides, 17 phenolic acids, 4 alkaloids, 1 pyrimidine 3 sterols 8 fatty acids others by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Moreover, a specific, simple, rapid sensitive tandem spectrometry method was developed validated...

MD-2 is associated with the extracellular domain of TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) and augments TLR4-dependent LPS (lipopolysaccharide) responses in vitro. Our previous investigation found that PMA-induced HL-60 cell differentiation to macrophages largely TLR2 CD14 and, a much lesser extent, TLR4.We studied expression during cells induced by PMA. The results showed PMA, but not VitD(3) (1alpha,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D(3)), strongly induces gene time- dose-dependent manner. Treatment an MEK [MAPK...

This study determined the biochemical composition of adductor muscle and mantle two species giant clams Tridacna crocea squamosa harvested from lagoon South China Sea. Moisture, crude protein, lipid, ash contents (% wet weight) ranged 77.01%–81.47%, 10.90%–15.59%, 0.39%–1.02%, 2.25%–3.23%, respectively, with some significant differences between tissues (P < 0.05). The total amino acid essential were 62.20–61.07 g/100 g 24.89–24.80 g, significantly higher than those in (52.80–55.98...

In this study Er³⁺ doped CaMoO₄ (CaMoO₄:Er³⁺), and Er³⁺/Yb³⁺-co-doped (CaMoO₄:Er³⁺Yb³⁺) nanoparticles have been synthesized by the microwave-assisted metathetic method. Er³⁺/Yb³⁺ co-doped sintered at 600 °C showed strongest photoluminescence intensity, crystallized well. At excitation of 980 nm, show green emission 520 nm 550 bands. Moreover, light produced has a better color purity.

Recent advancements in video generation have significantly impacted daily life for both individuals and industries. However, the leading models remain closed-source, resulting a notable performance gap between industry capabilities those available to public. In this report, we introduce HunyuanVideo, an innovative open-source foundation model that demonstrates comparable to, or even surpassing, of closed-source models. HunyuanVideo encompasses comprehensive framework integrates several key...
