In this paper, we report on the fourth soft gamma-ray source catalog obtained with IBIS imager board INTEGRAL satellite. The scientific data set is based more than 70 Ms of high-quality observations performed during first five and a half years Core Program public observations. Compared to previous surveys, includes substantially increased coverage extragalactic fields, comprises 700 high-energy sources detected in energy range 17–100 keV, including both transients faint persistent objects...

The First G-APD Cherenkov Telescope (FACT) is designed to detect cosmic gamma-rays with energies from several hundred GeV up about 10 TeV using the Imaging Atmospheric Technique. In contrast former or existing telescopes, camera of FACT telescope comprised solid-state Geiger-mode Avalanche Photodiodes (G-APD) instead photomultiplier tubes for photo detection. It first full-scale device its kind employing this new technology. operated at Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos (La Palma,...

The First G-APD Cherenkov Telescope (FACT) is the first in-operation test of performance silicon photo detectors in Astronomy. For more than two years it operated on La Palma, Canary Islands (Spain), for purpose long-term monitoring astrophysical sources. this, crucial and therefore has been studied great detail. Special care taken their temperature voltage dependence implementing a correction method to keep properties stable. Several measurements have carried out monitor performance....

Abstract The SST-1M (webpage: https://sst-1m.space ) is a Small-Sized Telescope (SST) designed to provide cost-effective and high-performance solution for gamma-ray astrophysics, particularly energies beyond few TeV. goal integrate this telescope into an array of similar instruments, leveraging its lightweight design, earthquake resistance, established Davies-Cotton configuration. Additionally, optical system function without protective dome, allowing it withstand the harsh atmospheric...

Time-resolved fluorescence depolarization is applied to investigate the association of sodium n-dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micelles with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) in aqueous solutions using an amphiphilic fluorescent probe (3-perylenedodecanoic acid) which incorporated into SDS micelles. First, effect surfactant concentration was measured: presence polymer, above critical aggregation (CAC) SDS, rotational relaxation exhibits a slow and fast component. The time component same as polymer-free...

Context. The INTEGRAL hard X-ray observatory has revealed an emerging population of highly obscured binary systems through multi-wavelength observations. Previous studies have shown that many these sources are high-mass binaries hosting neutron stars orbiting around luminous and evolved companion stars.
