Our goal was to explore older adults' views on walkability sidewalks. An online survey conducted based the Active Design framework and participants experts committee analyzed 22 photographs about quality of sidewalks for walking. The top barriers reported by adults were poor sidewalk condition lack accessibility. Safety good accessibility identified as facilitators a positive walking experience.
