ABSTRACT To monitor the efficacy of C-Arm as a intraoperative tool in reduction zygomatic complex fractures. 15 patients with isolated zygomaticomaxillary fracture, were selected for same. (image intensifier) images taken intraoperatively. Standardization all postoperative radiographs done to evaluate discrepancy reduction.
