This paper reports basic heat transfer data during melting of n-octadecane from an isothermal vertical wall a rectangular cavity. The shadowgraph technique was used to measure local transfr coefficents at the source surface and solid-liquid interface motion phase change recorded photographically. Experimental results clearly showed that, except in very early stages melting, rates were greatly affected by buoyancy-driven convection liquid. Initial subcooling solid substanially impeded...
Laser ablation of gallium metal was performed to prepare spindle-like GaOOH particles in aqueous solution. Formation well-defined strongly associated with the addition cationic CTAB surfactant. It found that could be grown below, near, or above critical micelle concentrations (cmc) via an aging process. On other hand, using anionic SDS surfactant pure H2O solvent not exclusively give final GaOOH, but irregular and amorphous materials were produced. TEM, XRD, FT-IR, SEM, XPS, ζ-potential, 1H...
