ABSTRACT Blumenavia baturitensis recently described for the Ceará State, Northeast Brazil, is reported first time from Espírito Santo Southeastern, Brazil. We present a description, photographs of microscopical and macroscopic structures, phylogenetic analyses, distribution map this species. Its conservation status, according to most recent IUCN categories criteria, should be tentatively as “Endangered”.
