In brief Treatment of a patient with musculoskeletal injury should include rehabilitation program. Physicians can help patients who have relatively minor injuries rehabilitate at home by directing them through seven basic steps in which the regain normal range motion, strength, endurance, power and speed, proprioception, individual group sport skills-while maintaining their cardiovascular endurance. No special equipment is needed.
