Highlights Molecular dynamics simulation of double-grits interacted grinding GaN crystals is performed. Interacted distance with both radial and transverse directions better than that only one direction or single-grit grinding. Girt-interactions decrease force, friction coefficient, stress, damage depth, abrasive wear. Amorphous, phase transition, dislocation, stacking fault lattice distortion dominate plastic damage.

The triple active bridge (TAB) converters that integrates the on-board charger and auxiliary power module is ideally suited for producing a high-power density electric vehicle (EV) charger. As coupling among each port complicates TAB's mode analysis, it challenging to avoid compromise with high-efficient operation wide-applicability of soft-switching in TAB modulation technique. In this work, influence transformer's magnetizing inductance introduced into analysis converter simplifying...

Second harmonic output voltage ripple in a single-phase grid-connected rectifier can degrade the system's performance. In this letter, voltage-oriented state plane feedforward control is proposed to suppress second for LLC</i> converter, which serves as backstage of dual-stage rectifier. Herein, desired switching frequency converter predicted online through geometrically simplified analysis, and...

There have been many researches concerning the modeling for material removal mechanisms of bonnet polishing (BP) based on well-known Preston model. However, various parameters involved in BP process are not formulated and considered classical model, such as slurry characteristics, pad properties, features, processing conditions. In this paper, a micro-analysis model capturing those is proposed mutual interaction slurry, pad, workpiece among interfaces with micro-contact theory tribology...

Bonnet polishing technology has been widely applied in precision optical machining. Until now, most of the research concerning modeling for material removal mechanisms bonnet have presented based on well-known Preston model. However, various parameters involved process are not formulated into that model, such as slurry characteristics, pad properties, sizes, processing conditions, etc. Recently, several analysis models capturing those developed and even capable interpreting non-Prestonian...

Magnetorheological finishing (MRF) technology is characterized by its high convergence rate and minimal subsurface damage as advantages. However, the non-Gaussian type tool influence function (TIF) it generates may cause mid-frequency errors oriented surface texture issues. precession (MRPF) capable of generating Gaussian-like removal functions, lacks a clearly defined model. This study acquired polishing spots in tilted polishing, discrete precession, continuous modes via fixed-point...
