The paper is devoted to the study of ion exchange encapsulation nicotinic acid in nanocontainers on polymer matrices. Dowex-50 cation exchanger, sulphonated based metacyclophanoctol, zirconium phosphate, and strongly basic Dowex-1 anion exchanger are used as It was confirmed that commercial exchangers can encapsulate up 0.64 g per gram polymer. high elution rate from via mechanism makes it possible achieve desired pharmacokinetics drug release vivo.
