We have studied the thickness-induced superconductor-to-insulator transition in presence of a magnetic field for $a$-NbSi thin films. Analyzing critical behavior this system within ``dirty boson model,'' we found exponent product ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{d}z\ensuremath{\sim}0.4$. The corresponding phase diagram $(H,d)$ plane is inferred. This small product, as well nonuniversal value resistance at transition, calls further investigations order to thoroughly understand these transitions.
