〔目的〕超音波Shear Wave Elastography(SWE)を用い大腿四頭筋のセッティング運動における大腿四頭筋の筋硬度を測定し,大腿四頭筋各筋の筋活動の違いを明らかにすることとした.〔対象と方法〕対象は健常男性14名の右下肢とし,測定肢位は股関節55°屈曲位の長座位姿勢とした.運動課題は膝関節0°伸展位で膝窩を支点とした膝関節伸展運動を実施し,筋硬度測定は,大腿四頭筋各筋に対して超音波診断装置のSWEモードを用い無作為にて測定した.筋弛緩と収縮時での筋硬度の変化率を検討した.〔結果〕中間広筋は他の3筋に対して有意に筋硬度が高値であり,その他の筋間には有意差を認めなかった.〔結語〕膝関節伸展位では大腿四頭筋のうち中間広筋の活動が重要であることが示唆された.
