OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of video-based coaching on gynecology resident performance laparoscopic salpingectomy. METHODS: PGY-1 and PGY-2 residents were randomized before their rotations to standard curriculum (control group) or plus two video-coaching sessions by a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon (VBC group).
