Heterogeneity in preferences can be addressed through various discrete choice modeling approaches. The random-parameter latent class (RLC) approach offers a desirable alternative for analysts due to its advantageous properties of separating classes with different and capturing the remaining heterogeneity within by including random parameters. For specifications, however, more empirical evidence on optimal number consider is needed order develop objective set criteria. To investigate this...

Jelen tanulmány egy preferenciaértékelési módszer, a diszkrét választási kísérlet bemutatását célozza. Az olvasó információt nyerhet módszer hátterével, alkalmazási területeivel (külön hangsúlyt fektetve az egészség-gazdaságosság területére), folyamatával és modelljei közül hárommal (multinomiális logit, random paraméterű nested logit) kapcsolatosan. A szakirodalmi elemzés eredményei alapján elmondható, hogy rendkívül ígéretes, viszont számos területen még fejlesztésre szorul.
