Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common lethal primary central nervous system tumor in adults. GBM rarely seen childhood and adolescence as intraventricular tumors. Few cases of solitary have been reported to date. We report a 16-year-old boy with progressive disorientation, diffuse headache, vomiting, increased intracranial pressure. Computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging confirmed that filled posterior body occipital horn left lateral ventricle also invaded surrounding...

Beta-thalassemia major (β-TM) patients need blood transfusions, which result in iron deposition. To regulate chelation therapy, load has to be measured. With MRI, the amount of signal loss and T2* decay time shortening are used for quantification. The aim was measure adrenal with relaxometry using compare it liver cardiac serum ferritin, find out whether could predicted from those parameters.Between October 2014 March 2015, MRI performed 21 β-TM, recieving transfusions therapy. The control...

Summary Desmoplastic fibroma of the bone is a very rare benign tumour, which may be locally aggressive. We report X‐ray radiographic and MRI findings case desmoplastic humerus in 33‐year‐old man who presented with slowly enlarging arm mass over years. Desmoid should taken into consideration low T2 signal non‐sclerotic fibroosseous lesion.

Mucocoeles develop from paranasal sinuses. They are epithelium-lined, mucus containing lesions and present as slowly enlarging masses. The frontal sinus is most commonly involved, whereas sphenoid, ethmoid maxillary mucocoeles rare. 1 Accumulation of secretion, generally, caused by infl ammation, fi brosis, trauma, previous surgery, anatomical abnormality, or mass lesion such osteoma.Mucocoeles can spread both intraorbitally intracranially. 2,3rontal lobe syndrome (FLS) was rst defi ned in...

Abstract Anatomic variations of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) are very rare. The prevalence congenital aplasia or hypoplasia ACL is 0.017 per 1,000 live births. normal consists anteromedial (AMB) and posterolateral bundles (PLB). Together, they attach to a fossa on posteromedial aspect lateral femoral condyle. PLB fibrils smaller shorter than those AMB. We report an variation that had not been previously described, in which was attached intraarticular accessory ossicle, without...

Brain capillary telangiectasia is an incidental vascular malformation found usually in pons and sometimes extrapontine sites. Typical MRI features are enhancement on post contrast T1 weighted images signal loss gradient echo images. We evaluated 10 patients with various MR techniques. Susceptibility imaging was superior to GRE T2 showing decreased due susceptibility effects. Diffusion diffusion tensor proved not useful the diagnosis.
