In this paper we CLAHE enhancement method improving video quality in real time system. Adaptive (AHE) different from normal because AHE use several methods each corresponding to parts and them redistribute lightness value case `Distribution' parameter are define shape which produce better result compare then (AHE). algorithm rayleigh distribution create bell shaped...
Previously demonstrated high-order silicon ring filters typically have bandwidths larger than 100 GHz. Here we demonstrate 1-2 GHz-bandwidth with very high extinction ratios (~50 dB). The waveguides employed to construct these propagation losses of ~0.5 dB/cm. Each a filter is thermally controlled by metal heaters situated on the top ring. With power dissipation ~72 mW, resonance can be tuned one free spectral range, resulting in wavelength-tunable optical filters. Both second-order and...
Abstract Efficiently managing virtual resources in the cloud is crucial for successful recourse utilization. Scheduling a vital technique used to manage Virtual Machines (VMs), enabling placement and migration between hosts located same or different data centers. Effective scheduling not only ensures better server consolidation but also enhances hardware utilization reduces power consumption However, VMs across Wide Area Network (WAN) poses considerable challenges due connectivity issues,...

Abstract Ensuring application service availability is a critical aspect of delivering quality cloud computing services. However, placing virtual machines (VMs) on servers to provision these services can present significant challenges, particularly in terms meeting the requirements providers. In this paper, we framework that addresses NP-hard dynamic VM placement problem order optimize paradigm. The modeled as an integer nonlinear programming (INLP) optimization with multiple objectives and...
The performance of filtered analog photonic links, useful in signal processing applications, is analyzed along with techniques for compensation distortion. We analyze the attributes various link configurations and compare coherent-detection links intensity-modulated-direct-detection links. Experimental results on dynamic range nonlinearities using predistortion are presented a coherent link. demonstrate suppression third-order nonlinearity by 20 dB. In addition to supporting operations such...
The heterogeneous nature of workloads running in cloud environments makes future resource usage prediction a complicated problem. Virtual machines can be described five types utilization patterns: steady, trending, seasonal, cyclic, and bursty behavior. Understanding these patterns behaviors enhance management on data centers, especially VM scheduling, power management, server health systems. This paper applies the Facebook Prophet forecast framework Microsoft Azure workload to predict...
High dynamic range is a key requirement in analog applications. In multichannel optical signal processing applications, wideband radio-frequency suffers from distortion both in-channel and out-of-channel signals due to nonlinear modulator behavior. We demonstrate experimentally the compensation of nonlinearities occurring “cross-modulation” with novel predistortion technique using dual-port modulator. Predistortion results suppression by more than 25 dB.
In the rapidly evolving domain of serverless computing, need for efficient and accurate predictive methods function invocation becomes paramount. This study introduces a comprehensive suite innovations to improve predictability efficiency within architectures. By employing multi-output regression models, we perform multi-level analysis patterns across user, application, levels, revealing insights into granular workload behaviors. We rigorously investigate impact windowing techniques...
Recently, there has been a renewed interest in optical code-division multiple access (OCDMA) due to its potential for offering increased levels of security at ultrahigh data rates as well simplifying key networking functions, such replacing (active) wavelength translation with cascaded passive all-optical code (CT). Much the research done this area focused on homogeneous OCDMA networking, where it is assumed that fiber bandwidth used only signals. In contrast other proposed systems, we have...
We present the design and fabrication of thermally-efficient tuning structures integrated into a narrowband reconfigurable radio-frequency (RF)-photonics filter using silicon-on-insulator waveguide optical delay lines. By introducing thermal isolation trenching, we are able to achieve IIR, FIR or arbitrary mixed response with less than 120 mW average power in single RF-photonic unit cell filter.
