In this paper the current status of fuel cells is described with particular emphasis on high (T > 800 o C) and intermediate < temperature solid oxide cells. Also importance cell technology shown.Reviewed are fundamental features, basic principles, types cell, fabrication methods, configurations development components (cathodes, anodes, electrolytes, interconnect) materials.
Abstract In this work, an electroenzymatic methodology based on two coupled enzymatic activities (glycerokinase and glycerol‐3‐phosphate oxidase) was developed using oxygen Clark‐type electrode for the determination of free total glycerol in biodiesel samples. The conversion consumes oxygen, which is measured amperometrically a correlated with concentration sample. method proposed showed good linear correlation coefficient ( R =0.9990) response range 6.25×10 −5 to −4 % (w/v) limits detection...
ENZYMATIC METHOD WITH COLORIMETRIC DETECTION.A method based on enzymatic activities was developed using three enzymes (glycerokinase, glycerol-3-phosphate oxidase and peroxidase) colorimetric detection for the determination of glycerol in biodiesel. The conversion produces H 2 O that is eliminated by action peroxidase, an oxygen acceptor 4-aminoantipirine, producing water a colored compound, which analyzed. This showed good linear correlation coefficient (r = 0.9937) concentration range 4.95 x...

In the crystal structure of ruthenium(III) complex, trans -[Ru III (dcbpy) 2 Cl ]ClO 4 (dcbpy = 2,2′-bipyridine-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid, C 12 H 8 N O ), Ru atom lies on an inversion centre, showing a small distortion in its octahedral environment. The Ru—Cl bond lengths are shorter than those present analogous -ruthenium(II) compound containing bipyridine ligand. C—O distances two symmetry-independent carboxylic acid moieties ligand similar one group, but different other. This is probably due...
