目的：研究證實提供自閉症類群障礙（簡稱自閉症）兒童早期介入計畫可以改善自閉症兒童的認知、適應行為和語言發展，然而處於弱勢家庭的自閉症兒童卻缺乏早期介入的機會。近年的實證研究支持以家庭為中心的自然發展行為介入模式，能夠有效幫助自閉症兒童學習新的技能。然而此介入模式應用於臺灣自閉症兒童的研究闕如。方法：本研究共招募10位自閉症兒童的弱勢家庭，參與計劃的家長進行12週（每週一次）的自閉症居家服務介入計劃，家長學習將互動技巧融合至兒童的日常活動中。結果：研究分析自閉症兒童與家長在介入前後的差異，結果顯示兒童的整體發展能力均有改善，家長對於介入課程的內容滿意度高。結論：本研究結果可初步提供臺灣自閉症兒童具有實證基礎的居家介入計畫。
