Abstract In a Light Source, unused synchrotron radiation is being distributed along the walls of chambers. Due to small conductance chambers, vacuum pumping will be based on concept, and then non-evaporable getter (NEG) coating extensively used. Abstract In modern particle accelerators with ultra-low emittance, the vacuum chambers are designed based on Non-Evaporable Getter (NEG)-coated chambers. The thickness of NEG coating plays a critical role in dynamic beam effects. So, this paper, longitudinal and transverse impedance copper chamber coated investigated, effects over wide range frequencies have been studied. A good selection layer could minimize impedance. numerical results work show that be minimal selecting about 1 μm.
