The effect of CO2 dilution on the laminar flame speed methane/air mixture was studied by means experimentation and kinetic modelling. Experiments were conducted using a flat-flame burner at atmospheric pressure 298K over equivalence ratio range 0.8 to 1.4. Kinetic modelling performed Chemkin Pro, with skeletal version Le Cong et al's mechanisms. It found that speeds measured flat method accurate, supported validated literature data. CH4/air decreased increasing dilution. increase in...

Among the numerous CO2 electroreduction reactions to produce chemicals, reaction generate ccaetate products is an extremely important and widely studied reaction. Here, we report a heterogeneous catalyst with Co3O4 nanoparticles immobilized on polyaniline (PANI) co-supported by highly graphitized carbon (Co3O4/PANI/C) for of acetate high activity selectivity. A remarkably enhanced Faraday efficiency (~ 62 %) current density 35...

Environmental exposure to arsenic is linked adverse health effects, including cancer and diabetes. Pleiotropic cellular effects are observed with exposure. Previously, we demonstrated that dysregulated the autophagy pathway at low, environmentally relevant concentrations. Here show blocks by preventing autophagosome-lysosome fusion. Specifically, disrupts formation of STX17-SNAP29-VAMP8 SNARE complex, where SNAP29 mediates vesicle fusion through bridging STX17-containing autophagosomes...

Abstract As global oilfields advance into mid‐to‐late development stages, the produced fluids contain increasingly high water content, leading to substantial wastewater volumes. Existing oily treatment systems face challenges in meeting stricter discharge standards. To address this issue, work proposes a micro‐cyclonic air flotation separator that integrates cyclonic and technologies enhance oil removal efficiency. An experimental setup was designed systematically investigate effects of...

Abstract Al 2 O 3 nano-scaled coating was prepared on micro-textured YT5 cemented carbide cutting tools by atomic layer deposition ALD. The effect of coating, with and without combined action texture, the performance studied orthogonal test. results were compared tool tool. They show that micro-texture coated both can reduce force friction coefficient tool, are more efficient. Furthermore, 100 nm -coated is relatively low. When distance micro-pits 0.15 mm, lowest among four kinds pit...

The rheological properties and stability characteristics of biochar-algae-water slurry fuels were experimentally investigated. Algae Chlorella vulgaris in dry powder form was mixed with a pine sawdust biochar algae content varying from 0 to 100wt%. Biochar-algae-water then prepared by dispersing the mixtures deionised water. Lignosulfonic acid sodium salt (LASS) added as dispersant at 2wt% on basis weight solid. apparent viscosity shear stress measured varied rate using Haake VT550 cone...

This work was aimed to study the pyrolysis behaviour and mechanisms of Buton oil sand via both experimentation kinetic analysis. The non-isothermal experiments its main organic component, bitumen, were carried out using a thermogravimetric analyser (TGA) operating at various heating rates 2, 5, 10 20Kmin−1 from room temperature 823 K in nitrogen atmosphere. activation energy estimated an integral model-free method based on TGA experimental data. results showed that content bitumen...
