Although temozolomide (TMZ) is the most effective chemotherapy agent for glioma, resistance has limited its clinical use. Fluoxetine (FLT), which widely used in cancer-related depression, exhibited potent anticancer properties different cancer cell types. The aim of this study was i) to evaluate antitumor mechanism FLT, and ii) further effects a combination FLT TMZ on glioma cells. Glioma lines were exposed and/or TMZ. Cell viability apoptosis examined by CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry...
Electron transfer in the electrode–solution interface is responsible for signal electrochemical sensor. However, Electrical Double-Layer (EDL) characteristic usually ignored modeling. Here, we constructed a model based on reaction–diffusion equation to describe dynamics EDL during sensing. With this model, many common experimental phenomena, such as transient/steady-state current variation or detection nonlinearization, can be unraveled by exploring effects of position, kinetics...
Abstract Six new biscembranoids, namely, sarcophytolides G–L ( 1 – 6 , resp.), together with six known analogs, were isolated from a marine soft coral Sarcophyton elegans. The structures of the compounds established on basis 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY) spectroscopic analysis aid MS, CD, IR data. unusual isobiscembranoid sarcophytolide G ) was found for first time in genus Sarcophyton.
The analysis of output synchronization in large-scale discrete-time network with dynamic edges is considered this paper. Both agent dynamics and edge are assumed to be heterogeneous. conditions obtained by applying the recently established small phase theorem. A numerical example given demonstrate effectiveness analysis.
