This paper is concerned with the relations between a triangle and its inscribed circle. We obtained specific class of trigonometric solutions that determine area from radius circle two fixed sides triangle. To prove our results, we use Euclidean geometry, Viète formulas for roots polynomial functions, Lagrange multipliers Differential Calculus in one variables. In addition, explain behavior these through computer simulations including intervals existence numerical cases. Moreover, describe area.

To obtain information about pavement structure, nowadays, destructive prospecting is carried out, interfering significantly with traffic. Proposed here in a less and invasive technique, whereby thermal probe temperature sensors installed the pavement. This process identifies sources of heat to distribution as function time space at different depths; solve transfer problem two dimensions estimate thickness materials properties each layer through Inverse Problem. The Direct Problem has been...

The quality of a given water body can be assessed through the analysis number indicators. Mathematical and computational models built to simulate behavior these indicators (observable variables), in such way that different scenarios generated, supporting decisions regarding resources management. In this study, transport conservative contaminant an estuarine environment is simulated order identify position intensity source. For this, it was formulated inverse problem, which solved...

This work aims to investigate the potential of combining Mathematical Modeling methodology with use software Tracker undergraduate students in Mathematics reconstruction physical models for construction function concepts. For this, a qualitative and exploratory study bibliographic experimental character was carried out, involving field activities. Our results point greater understanding models, since mathematical can be recreated from correlation already validated. We also verified that...
