A high‐performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for quantitative analysis of arbutin. The arbutin separated on an ODS Hypersil ® C18 column with a mobile phase water: methanol: 0.1 M hydrochloric acid (89:10:1, v/v/v). level measured by means UV detection at 222 nm. optimum conditions were investigated. calibration curve found to be linear up 1000 μg/ml ‐1 concentration, and the working determination over range 0.5–30.0 ( r 2 = 0.9999) established. relative standard deviations...

A molecular imprinting polymer technique was successfully applied to precipitation polymerization by using styrene as a functional monomer, curcuminoids templates, acetonitrile porogenic solvent, benzoyl peroxide the initiator, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate crosslinker. The effects of interaction on adsorption capacity molecularly imprinted (MIP) non-imprinted (NIP) were investigated. comparison for MIP NIP indicated that had lowest capacity. curcuminoid-imprinted (Cur-MIP) synthesized...

Curcumin is one of the most promising natural therapeutics for use against Alzheimer's disease. The major limitations curcumin are its low oral bioavailability and difficulty in permeating blood-brain barrier. Therefore, designing a delivery system to overcome must be employed. KLVFF, peptide known as an amyloid blocker, was used this study targeting moiety develop targeted drug system. A prototype transnasal KLVFF conjugated microemulsions containing (KLVFF-Cur-ME) nose-to-brain fabricated....

A simple flow injection (FI) manifold with spectrophotometric detection was fabricated and tested for arbutin determination. It is based on the measurement of a red-coloured product at 514 nm formed by complexation reaction between 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AP) in presence hexacyanoferrate (III) an alkaline medium. On injecting 300 microL standard solutions various concentrations into FI system under optimum conditions, linear calibration graph over range 1.0-30.0 microg mL(-1) established....

Abstract Cyantraniliprole is one of the anthranilic diamide insecticides widely used in agriculture sector. Due to its low toxicity and relatively fast degradation, there need for a sensitive determination method residues. Nowadays, growing interest development enzyme‐based biosensors. The major drawback non‐specific binding many enzyme. This work employs Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) increase enzyme specificity eliminate organic solvent effect on activity. synthesized...

Abstract Molecular imprinting-based solid-phase extraction has been in the spotlight to improve recognition selectivity and detection sensitivity of andrographolides. The synthesis molecularly imprinted polymers on micro centrifuge tube filters for determination andrographolides were investigated. Molecularly synthesized using photo-polymerization method preconcentration (AD) template molecule 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone as initiators, mixture 1-dodecanol toluene solvent,...
