The introduction of an excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) process is great significance for the design zero-background fluorescent probes with specific functionalities. Here, based on nucleophilic attack characteristics N2H4, a series BDMN-based dicyanoethylene as recognition site were designed by regulating electron-accepting ability para-substituent and relative position hydroxyl group dicyanoethylene. It found that stronger capability could greatly improve reactivity...

The specific fluorescent detection of α-methyltryptamine (AMT) presents a great challenge because similar amine groups and benzene rings exist in variety amines. Here, we show the precise modulation electron-withdrawing strength π-conjugate bridge aldehyde-containing Schiff base-based probes for ultratrace AMT discrimination. It is found that different −C6H4, −C6H2N2, −C6H2Br2 as 2-dicyanomethylidene-3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethyl-2,5-dihydrofuran (TCF)-based can classify identify organic amines...

Effective exercise recommendation is crucial for guiding students' learning trajectories and fostering their interest in the subject matter. However, vast resource varying abilities of individual students pose a significant challenge selecting appropriate questions. Collaborative filtering-based methods often struggle with recommending suitable exercises, while deep learning-based lack explanation, limiting practical adoption. To address these limitations, this paper proposes KG4Ex,...

This paper presents a new ECG demising algorithm based on the self-optimizing method. discusses optimum threshold concept and is decided by signal function. Based concept, this provides optimal method concrete steps. Through dead value at high frequency phenomenon that observed experiment can identify terminal value. Experiments show proposed improves signal-to-noise ratios. Moreover, de-noising signals have smooth visual appearance.
