We describe a case of young adult female with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) presenting cutaneous and gastrointestinal manifestations. Biopsy revealed leukocytoclastic vasculitis in the skin. Steroid therapy led to initial resolution symptoms followed by relapse rashes subsequent introduction azathioprine. HSP is most common childhood uncommonly seen adults.
