A kinetic Monte-Carlo model of the Langmuir evaporation GaAs (111) surfaces was realized. Transition from congruent to incongruent one observed at temperature T <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">c</sub> .
