糖尿病を合併する67歳男性で,2か月前からの複視があり,視力低下も伴い,病変が左上顎洞から篩骨洞,翼口蓋窩,左眼窩内,海綿静脈洞にまで進展しており,初診8日後に鼻内視鏡手術を施行,アスペルギルスによる浸潤型副鼻腔真菌症と診断し,抗真菌薬ボリコナゾール投与と血糖コントロールを行い,視力や眼球運動も完全回復した症例を経験した。
