Abstract Clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is a complex disease with remarkable immune and metabolic heterogeneity. Here we perform genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic spatial transcriptomic analyses on 100 patients ccRCC from the Tongji Hospital RCC (TJ-RCC) cohort.
