We adopted and developed an ultrasonic-assisted extraction method to obtain polysaccharides from tree peony pods using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the solvent. The technological parameters have been designed a single factor enhance pod polysaccharide yield. Specific conditions (ultrasound irradiation power, 250 W; ultrasound time, 30 min; reaction temperature 50°C; liquid-solid ratio, 25 mL/g; concentration of PEG, 0.2 g/mL) generated experimental yield 14.14% ± 0.44%. Subsequently,...

Due to its low bioavailability and slow dissolution rate, the micronized spiramycin powder was thus prepared by homogenate-antisolvent precipitation (HAP) process. The optimum micronization conditions of HAP process were found be as follows: temperature 4.6 °C, time 10 min, concentration 20 mg/mL, dripping speed added solvent into antisolvent 44 mL/h, (water) (dimethyl sulfide (DMSO)) volume ratio 7:1, shear rate 5000 rpm. With this process, mean particle size 228.36 ± 3.99 nm. characterized...

Inadequate fibrous attributes and prohibitive pricing are pivotal barriers to the broader market penetration of meat analogs (MAs). This research endeavors address these impediments by formulating a blend cost-effective soybean meal (SM) pea protein isolate (PPI) across spectrum ratios (PPI:SM = 1:0, 8:2, 6:4, 4:6, 2:8, 0:1). The analysis textural properties elucidated that integration SM markedly diminished rigidity mastication resistance MAs. Employing scanning electron microscopy (SEM)...

Abstract: This study investigated the effect of digestate application depth on soil nitrogen volatilization and vertical distribution in black loam sandy column. The contents moisture, TKN (total Kjeldahl nitrogen), ammonium nitrogen, nitrate extent ammonia were tested by applying at depths 0 cm, 2 6 10 15 cm 20 respectively. experimental results showed that mainly occurred first days reduced significantly when was deeper than cm. At same depth, compared with loam, loss through less,...

Abstract: Hydrogen production from food waste, cattle manure, potato pulp and pig manure was optimized through using mixture design in this study. The synergic antagonistic effects of the four substrates on hydrogen yield, substrate conversion efficiency pH were evaluated. results showed that optimal proportion 61.6%, 38.4%, 0, respectively. Under condition, yield 21.0 mL/g VS with reduction 29.4% 5 could be obtained. interaction between waste had strongest synergistic effects. mainly...

Microalgae cultivation in wastewater is an economic way to solve environment problems. This study determined the effects of unsterilized chicken manure biogas slurry (UCMBS) on microalgal cultivation. UCMBS (at ratios 10, 20, and 30%) was mixed with a BG11 culture medium cultivate Chlorella pyrenoidosa (CP) C. vulgaris (CV) as experimental species. Both these species adapted well after short inhibition period, when addition were lower at 10% 20%. However, ratio higher (30%), growth status CP...

Tarlov cysts adjacent to the spinal cord are usually asymptomatic and found incidentally via magnetic resonance imaging. On rare occasions, they increase in size produce symptoms resembling disk herniation. We report a case of sacral cyst resulting premature ejaculation 32-year-old man who presented with pelvic pain acquired ejaculation. Spinal nerve root decompression, excision intraspinal cyst, adhesion release surgery significantly improved his at six-month follow-up.

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) is one of the most common acute symptoms in otolaryngology department. Etiological diagnosis premise effective treatment SSNHL, and prognostic evaluation key. However, patients are diagnosed as idiopathic due to a lack overall assessment, while factors SSNHL numerous controversial. Our purpose was validate potential value novel three-dimensional fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (3D-FLAIR) MR protocol establish clinical-image model for unilateral...

Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a hereditary that usually caused by PKD1 or PKD2 pathogenic mutation and can be divided into 2 types heredity. When symptoms present neonatally, the prevalence of autosomal recessive polycystic (ARPKD) from 1/10,000 to 1/40,000.1 Autosomal dominant (ADPKD) most common disease,1 which also an adult-onset type. The incidence rate ADPKD estimated 1/400 1/1000.
