The paper has estimated agricultural sustainability in Gujarat by computing Sustainable Livelihood Security Index (SLSI) for 26 districts of the state using secondary data on various indicators under ecology, economy and equity heads years 2001, 2011 TE 2013–14. study found that year district Surat (0.584) ranked first SLSI, while Narmada (0.265) last. Later 2011, Rajkot (0.589) highest Porbandar (0.257) lowest. During 2013–14 too maintained their last ranks. suggested some measures to come.
