Teratomas are congenital tumors originating from one or more germ layers and very rare in the head neck. They may be histologically mature oncologically benign. Specifically, teratomas derived nasopharynx even rarer typically discovered after childbirth early childhood, causing respiratory obstruction difficulty breastfeeding.
