A new cell line derived from the kidney of European eel, Anguilla anguilla, has been established and characterized. This line, designated as EK (eel kidney), maintained in Leibovitz's L-15 supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum for over 24 months, subcultured more than 60 times. consists predominantly fibroblast-like cells, can grow at 15-37°C under an optimum temperature 26°C. The origin this was confirmed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification 18s recombinant (r)RNA sequencing....
The innovation ecosystem has a significant impact on regional development. Based the “actor-resource-environment” analytical framework, this study takes nine cities in mainland China within Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) from 2012 to 2022 as case studies. By applying comprehensive evaluation model and kernel density estimation, analyzes development level dynamic evolution of GBA. Furthermore, using mixed-method approach QCA NCA, explores pathways achieving high performance...
