This study investigates motion in a crowd of pedestrians walking at different speeds. Three pedestrian groups are considered (slow walkers, normal and fast walkers), we design the experimental condition by mixing walkers with either slow or to create flows speed compositions. 本論文では,まず,よこはまウォーキングポイント事業の大字別参加者割合の分析を行った。その結果,参加者割合の地理的分布は世代により異なるが,性別による差は小さいことが明らかになった。また,女性のほうが男性よりも参加者割合の高い大字が多いことも明らかとなった。次に,大字ごとのリーダー設置施設の近接性を,リーダーから300mのカバー率と定義し,事業参加者割合との関係を分析したところ,両者に関係は見られなかった。これは,参加者に特定の施設への訪問が求められる事業の計画において,一定数の施設の選択肢を与えれば,必ずしも,施設への近接性が参加者割合に影響を与える訳ではないことを示唆している。

近年、日本では人口減少や超高齢社会に対応するため、新たな都市計画論が提案されている。本研究では、近現代都市計画論と近年の日本の都市計画論の地域サービス機能の計画内容について概観し、①計画背景、②計画規模・構造、③交通、④想定されているケアサービス機能、の4つの視点から比較を行うことで、近年の日本の都市計画論の歴史的な位置づけを明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果、近年の日本の都市計画論の歴史的な位置づけは、1)近現代都市計画論の延長線上にあること、2)既成市街地を対象とする現代的な都市計画論の特徴を有していること、3)人口減少・超高齢社会への対応を志向していること、4)3つの都市計画論が並列して示され、統合的な都市計画論としては完成していないこと、の4点に整理できることが示された。

澱粉を原料として様々な環状糖が酵素的に調製されてきた.これらの環状糖は,安価な原料から調製可能な点が産業上の利点の一つである.一方で,デキストランにcycloisomaltooligosaccharide glucanotransferase (CITase) を作用させることで,重合度7から20のcycloisomaltooligosaccharides (CIs) を生成する研究も進められている.CIsは抗う蝕効果等の有用な特徴を有し,デキストランより安価な澱粉から調製できれば産業上有益である.近年,6-α-glucosyltransferaseとCITaseが澱粉の分解物であるデキストリンに逐次的に作用することでCIsが生成すると報告されており,α-1,6結合のみからなる環状糖を澱粉から調製できる可能性が出てきた.そこで我々は,新規CIs生成酵素を土壌由来微生物より探索した.その結果,Agreia sp.
