Phylloidestumoren (PT) stellen eine seltene Erkrankungsgruppe der Mamma dar, mit einer Prävalenz von 0,5% aller Mammakarzinome. PT sind fibroepitheliale Tumoren epithelialen und mesothelialen Metaplasien. Das Malignitätspotenzial liegt bei 16% für Borderline 9% maligne PT. Aufgrund zungenförmigen Ausläufern ist nach operativer Therapie die Lokalrezidivrate 10 – 30% relativ hoch, das Risiko Fernmetastasierung < 10% eher gering.
