Multimedia applications are often associated with cross-domain knowledge transfer, where Unsupervised Domain Adaptation (UDA) can be used to reduce the domain shifts. Open Set (OSDA) aims transfer from a well-labeled source an unlabeled target under assumption that contains unknown classes. Existing OSDA methods consistently lay stress on covariate shift, ignoring potential label shift problem. The performance of degrades drastically intra-domain class imbalance and inter-domain shift....
This paper is concerned with delay-dependent stability for systems interval time varying delay. By defining a new Lyapunov functional which contains triple-integral term the idea of decomposing delay time-varying delay, an improved criterion asymptotic derived in linear matrix inequalities. The proves to be less conservative fewer variables than some previous ones. Finally, numerical example given show effectiveness proposed method.
In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent asymptotic stability analysis for neural networks with interval time-varying delays is considered. By use delay-partitioning method and some novel techniques, less conservative criteria are established in terms linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, our depend on both upper lower bounds delay its derivative, which different from existing ones. Finally, an numerical example given to show improved region proposed results.
