Two-phase hybrid stepper motors for aircraft are frequently used in electrically driven valves. Microstepping control is to improve the accuracy of motor. However, different decay modes affect efficiency, vibration and noise drive system. By analyzing mechanisms each mode, suitable models types motor proposed.
