This study develops an all-optical high-sensitivity pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) encapsulated in a polymer-half-filled metal cylinder. In this paper, a novel analogue tunable bandpass filter with constant absolute bandwidth is presented. The designed based on full wavelength microstrip open ring resonators loaded varactors. Magnetic dominated mixed coupling is utilized to make the coefficient meet requirement of stable bandwidth response. In this paper, a monolithic integrated power amplifier based on 0.25um GaAs pHEMT process working in 3.36GHz-3.65GHz is designed, fabricated and measured. Integrated microstrip line used as the passive load of stage; input output LC matching network are designed.
