Pseudo-infarction electrocardiographic changes associated with hypokalemia and hypocalcemia is rare. A 76-year-old lady previous total thyroidectomy presented unspecific symptoms. Electrocardiogram demonstrated ST-elevation. She was found to have delayed onset hypoparathyroidism.
