We report an arrhythmic complication in two patients whom a procedure directed at isolating one or pulmonary veins had been performed. The was related to vein disconnection scars after ablation. Both developed new clinical tachycardia (atypical atrial flutter) secondary reentrant phenomena the vicinity of previously ablated vein. Three patients with achalasia were treated endoscopic injection of botulinum toxin (BoTx). BoTx (80 U) was injected via a sclerotherapy needle into the lower esophageal sphincter (LES).
