The effect of varying rare earth element cerium (Ce) contents (0∼0.0792 wt%) on the austenite grain size ultra-high-strength engineering steel has been studied under different austenitization conditions (holding time 5∼360 min at temperatures ranging from 900 °C to 1200 °C).
