Over the last decades concept of disability has undergone a radical evolution: from "status" recipient passive and welfare policies it evolved to "social relationship" model based on individual factors environmental conditions. As consequence, strategies supranational international organizations have also evolved, embracing changes that occurred in cultural scientific paradigms relating this issue. This study aims explain summary regulations documents produced, particular European Union...
For several decades, the Italian Association of Medical Radioprotection (AIRM) is engaged in promotion scientific, technical, and methodological knowledge field medical radioprotection. Starting from results previous study conducted 2013, AIRM has carried out a new survey among its members. This was through self-administered questionnaire to be completed online on platform set up association's website. The preliminary data collected by provide both personal/professional description members an...
A good cooperation between occupational physicians and other healthcare professionals is essential in order to achieve an overall improvement of workers/patients' well-being. Unfortunately, collaboration often lacking or very poor. In this context, using a self-administered questionnaire, we investigated the Italian with National Health System (NHS) facilities general practitioners identify any potential critical issues that may hinder effective collaborative relationships these...
The elastic scattering of $^{32}\mathrm{S}$+$^{58,64}\mathrm{Ni}$ was measured at sulfur beam energies 82, 88, 91, 93, 98, 102.5, 108, and 150 MeV. Evidence is found for a marked energy dependence the optical potential strong-absorption radii around Coulomb barrier, in good agreement with parallel information extracted from fusion cross sections same systems.
The European roadmap for nuclear physics advocates the construction of two next generation radioactive beam facilities: projectile fragmentation facility FAIR at Darmstadt, Germany and ISOL EURISOL. EURISOL concept is being studied in framework a pan-european Design Study funded by Commission. general design latest achievements terms modeling prototyping are presented.
Several studies evaluated whether a person with multiple sclerosis is employed or not and investigated the main symptoms that hinder job performance. However, despite occupational physicians are fundamental in managing disabled subjects, there serious lack of data regarding their role improving employability these workers. In this regard, we assessed physicians' professional activity training/updating needs order to identify develop management tools, operative procedures training programs...
Cross sections for evaporation residue formation have been measured the systems $^{28,30}\mathrm{Si}$+$^{58,62,64}\mathrm{Ni}$ in energy range from about 0.9 up to 1.2 times conventional Coulomb barrier. The fusion cross cover more than four orders of magnitude \ensuremath{\sim}30 \ensuremath{\mu}b \ensuremath{\sim}500 mb, and show isotopic effects which are interpreted frame model involving coupling entrance channel with positive negative $Q$-value reaction channels.
Excitation functions have been measured for different charge products of the $^{28}$Si${+}^{48}$Ti reaction in laboratory energy range 120--127 MeV 250-keV steps at ${\ensuremath{\theta}}_{\mathrm{lab}=28\mathrm{\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}}}$, 32\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}, and 40\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. Coherence energies dissipative cross sections evaluated by statistical fluctuation analysis. The role angular dependence coherence determining interaction time is...
The dissipative excitation functions of the $^{19}$F${+}^{63}$Cu reaction have been measured in energy range ${E}_{\mathrm{lab}=100}$ to 108 MeV 250 keV steps at angles ${\ensuremath{\theta}}_{\mathrm{lab}=10}$\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{},20\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{},30\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{},40\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{},50\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. energy-coherence width cross section has determined by means spectral-density method. results...
