This paper systematically discusses the multiple source characteristics and formation mechanisms of carbonate-rich fine-grained sedimentary rocks through analysis material rock formation. The hydrocarbon accumulation are also summarized. results show that main reason for enrichment carbonate materials in rift lake basins was supply sources, including terrestrial input, intrabasinal authigenic carbonate, volcanic-hydrothermal feeding mixed source. development bedrock provenance area...

Water flooding is one of the most widely used secondary oil recovery methods for enhanced (EOR). However, as a reservoir matures, excessive water production often accompanies production. To address this issue, injection–production coupling technique (IPCT) has been proposed to control and improve recovery. Despite its practical application, underlying mechanisms governing process remain unclear. investigate this, transparent heterogeneous sand pack model visualization micro-model were...
The cryopreservation of oocytes through vitrification is imperative for the conservation livestock germplasm resources. However, as exhibit significant oxidative stress and organelle damage following freezing, it crucial to optimise conditions mitigate deleterious effects freezing. In this study, we demonstrated that spermidine has been showed enhance oocyte survival after freezing (92% ± 4% vs. 82% 3%, p < 0.01) blastocyst formation in vitro fertilisation (14.86% 7% 6% 3, 0.05). Spermidine...

Decompressional melting of asthenosphere under spreading centers has been accepted to produce oceanic lithospheric mantle with vertical compositional variations, but these gradients are much smaller than those observed from ophiolites, which clearly require additional causes. Here we conduct high-density sampling and whole-rock mineral analyses peridotites across a Tibetan ophiolitic section (~2 km thick), shows primary upward depletion (~12% difference) local more-depleted anomalies....
To investigate the applicability and differences in wave loads dynamic response calculation principles for SFT on an entire-length scale, two numerical models of with identical dimensions parameters were established. These are employed by a 3D diffraction method based rigid-body assumptions, potential flow theory Dummy-Connection-Mass (DCM) lumped mass Morison equation while considering hydroelasticity effects. The load is presented along their calculation, which aim to explore impact...
By comprehensively analyzing oil-bearing and non-oil-bearing tight sandstone reservoir properties, pore structure characteristics contact between source rock reservoir, fluorescent photographs of typical wells Jurassic Lianggaoshan Formation in central Sichuan Basin, the research tries to find out factors controlling oiliness reservoir. The Basin is controlled by following factors: (1) migration pathway reservoir: when there exist mudstone transition zones with high mud content poor physical...
The Ordovician strike-slip faults system in the Tahe area of Tarim Basin provides an important opportunity for using 3D seismic data to document structural characteristics, formation, and evolution their relationship with oil gas. With high-resolution data, are interpreted, classified, described coherence technique. geometric active periods, process analyzed, between hydrocarbon accumulation charging is discussed this research project. On map, primary on east west sides relatively sheared...
Based on the analysis of fluid inclusion homogenization temperature and apatite fission track northern slope zone Bongor Basin in Chad, this paper studied time stages hydrocarbon accumulation study area. The results show that: (1) brine inclusions samples from Kubla Prosopis formations Lower Cretaceous coexisting with generally present two sets peak ranges temperature, low high being 75–105 °C 115–135 °C, respectively; (2) have experienced five tectonic evolution stages, i.e., rapid...
Understanding how fault-related structures influence oil and gas accumulation is crucial for geological investigations exploration planning. This study, based on 3D seismic data, analyzes the northeast-trending strike-slip fault zone in eastern part of Bachu Uplift. Automatic extraction techniques were employed to delineate zone, parallel bedding indicator was used identify reservoirs investigate fault’s segmented features reservoir-controlling characteristics. The results show that...
Electronic probe, fluid inclusion homogenization temperature, Raman spectroscopy and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were utilized to identify the hydrothermal fluid-rock interactions in second member of Paleogene Kongdian Formation Zaoyuan oilfield Bohai Bay Basin (Kong 2 Member for short) Well Z56 find out relationship between zeolite fluid. The experimental results show that: (1) Pyrobitumen coexists with characteristic minerals such as chlorite, barite,...
