Abstract Background Lumbar disc herniation (LDH), as one of the most common causes lower back pain, imposes a heavy economic burden on patients and society. Conservative management is first‐line choice for majority LDH patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) an important part conservative treatment has attracted more international attention. Study design Evidence‐based guideline. Methods We formed guideline panel multidisciplinary experts. The clinical questions were identified basis...

This paper presents a wideband and efficient rectenna suitable for 2.4 GHz-band RF energy harvesting from wireless LAN/Wi-Fi or similar devices. We design stacked patch antenna consisted of driven four parasitic patches. The proposed performs well both in return loss gain the frequency band 2.41∼2.47 GHz which almost covers all channels 2.4GHz-band LAN. In GHz, simulated is below −10 dB over 5 dBi. Furthermore, we rectifying circuit also exhibits high efficiency with power level as low −20...

Articular cartilage injuries present a significant global challenge, particularly in the aging population. These not only restrict movement due to primary damage but also exacerbate elderly degenerative lesions, leading secondary injury and osteoarthritis. Addressing osteoarthritis involves overcoming several technical challenges biological treatment. The use of induced mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs) with functional gene modifications emerges as solution, providing more stable controllable...

e15004 Background: ZV0203, a first in class (FIC) pertuzumab antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), targets HER2 positive tumor cells with tubulin inhibitor DUO5 as its payload via stable and protease-cleavable valine-citrulline linker. In preclinical studies, ZV0203 demonstrated superior antitumor activity compared to Kadcyla multiple cell line xenograft models no noticeable toxicity. GLP toxicity studies indicated that was well tolerated an estimated therapeutic index of 35. Methods: This...

Abstract Background: To investigate the impact of elevation tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in different molecular subtypes primary breast cancer, i.e. each 10% increment TILs and high-level (TILs≥50%) tumor, on overall survival (OS) pathological complete response (pCR) to compare presentation across these subtypes. Methods: Citation retrieval was performed PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase Web Science databases. All statistical calculations were by software StataSE version 12.0....
