Conclusions: Several ultrasonographic findings are predictive of demise secondary to fetal SCT.Identification hepatomegaly combined with abnormal DV Doppler has the highest prediction for demise.Beyond hydrops, reviewing these additional parameters may help guide management in this high-risk cohort intervention.
