Zeolitic imidazole frameworks (ZIFs) and their derivatives, being an emergent category of adsorbents, are anticipated to adsorb organic dyes from aqueous mediums. Herein, ZIF-67 Ni-doped were designated due high stability in mediums, porosity straightforward synthesis. Porous nanocomposite was produced by doping secondary metal (Ni) ZIF-67. The fabricated Ni@ZIF-67 showed excellent adsorption efficiency methyl orange water. performance analysed varying pH, contact time with adsorbent...

In this work, pure and bentonite-Co-doped multiferroic Bi1-xBentxFe1-yCoyO3 (x = 0.00 – 0.03, y 0.15) bismuth ferrite (BFO) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesised using a cost-effective solvothermal process without any mineraliser. A meticulous investigation has been made on the structural, magnetic, electric visible light-driven photocatalytic properties of bentonite–cobalt-doped BFO NPs. The XRD patterns showed well-arranged rhombohedral crystalline structure with space group R3c. structural...

Water, being a universal solvent, is contaminated by highly toxic pollutants, which alarming for life on this planet. However, eco-friendly human efforts are constantly trying to overcome problem. In continuation of these efforts, the present study reported synthesis template-supported nanoadsorbents consisting mesoporous organosilica (MPOS) through poly-condensation organic (3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and inorganic (sodium silicate) silicon precursors. The nanoadsorbent with...

Abstract Herein, we demonstrate a facile and green route for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) from nitrate seed extracts different vegetable seeds Brassicaceae family. All nanocomposites were fully characterized in solid-state via various techniques such UV–vis spectrophotometer (UV–Vis); x-ray diffraction (XRD), High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry. The experimental...

This research work demonstrates the innovative synthesis of blended nano-composites silver and titanium dioxide (Ag2O/TiO2) from their supported periodic mesoporous organosilicates (Ag2O/TiO2 @PMOS). PMOS synthesized by sol-gel method were used for encapsulation to obtain Ag2O/TiO2 @PMOS which on calcination at 700 °C structured nano-composites. These highlighted impressive photocatalytic potential due structural versatility. Subsequently, exhibited 19.6 mg 19.8 photo-degradation...

Annealing of periodic mesoporous organosilica supported with bismuth (Bi@PMOS) and cerium (Ce@PMOS) nanoparticles was carried out to derive oxide (Bi2O3) (CeO2) nanosheets. The hydrothermal sol-gel method used synthesize hexagonal Bi@PMOS Ce@PMOS. These PMOS provided an opportunity for retain a configuration alongside their traditional crystalline phases (tetragonal cubic) in Bi2O3 CeO2 All produced materials were found be dynamic under sunlight irradiation the degradation methylene blue...
