As a dynamic research field, infrared (IR) detection and imaging presents broad prospect in spectra‐chemistry, biomedicine, artificial intelligence. Due to the excellent properties, 2D materials are expected overcome serious manufacturing cost integration problems of Si‐based photodetectors, providing opportunities for universal application IR imaging. Up now, dozens used manufacture photodetectors. The ultrathin flexible material‐based optoelectronic devices, which easy machine integrate,...

This decision-making process embedded with multiple uncertainties due to changes in political, social, environmental contexts. In this paper, we present a multistage stochastic model for making development, operation, expansion, rehabilitation. accounts evolution of three uncertainties, namely, traffic demand, land price, deterioration, as...

Infrastructure facilities are generally heavy, fixed, and normally irreversible once construction has been completed. As existing facilities, they may confront economic competition of an increased space demand the need for future expansion. Due to economic-based irreversibility, expansion a constructed facility requires foundation and, lesser degree, columns be enhanced options accounted at very beginning construction. Enhancing represents up-front cost, but return in flexibility This...

Inspired by the strengths of quadric error metrics initially designed for mesh decimation, we propose a concise reconstruction approach 3D point clouds. Our proceeds clustering input points enriched with metrics, where generator each cluster is optimal sum its metrics. This favors placement generators on sharp features, and tends to equidistribute among clusters. We reconstruct output surface from adjacency between clusters constrained binary solver. combine our process an adaptive...

The measured mile/baseline method has been widely accepted to quantify labor productivity loss, which is demonstrated by comparing the impacted and unimpacted/lightly portions of work. Although distinctions between these a project can at times be identified through cause effect analysis, on many projects this distinction not readily observable. For those projects, researchers professionals have developed various procedures implement calculations, but shortcomings in result failure...

We present a method for data storage in continuous ferroelectric (FE) media, applicable to systems based on one or more scanning probes. Written FE domains are read back destructive fashion by applying constant voltage of magnitude greater than the coercive voltage, as is done random access memory (FeRAM). The resulting flow screening charges through readback amplifier provides sufficient signal allow minimum dimension order 10 nm at MHz rates, orders faster previously demonstrated techniques media.

STM observations of show nonuniform rotation rate and shape spiral as crystallite relaxes. These features can be accurately modeled using curvature driven dynamics, in classical models growth, boundary conditions fixing core regions lying along outer edge.
