This study shows that executive stock options are an effective compensation policy takes corporate investment to the optimal level in presence of unpredictable risk from economic uncertainty (EPU). We aim explore whether provide incentives for executives choose a project needs be implemented. use delta and vega as proxy price sensitivity sensitivity, respectively, examine interaction between portfolio EPU. Our analysis well-designed structure motivates maintain when faced with risks.
[연구목적] 본 연구는 경영자들이 자신의 임기나 보상에 있어서 유리한 상황을 만들고자 하는 의도로 기업의 보고이익을 왜곡하여 주주와 기업과 관계된 이해당사자들의 이익을 침해할 가능성이 있는데, 이러한 경향은 경영자에게 자기과신 성향이 있는 경우 더욱 심각할 것으로 보았다. 경향을 외생적 요소 즉, 기업이 직면하는 경쟁 환경이라는 외부적 상황이 통제할 수 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 목적으로 연구가 진행되었다.BR[연구방법] 실증분석은 국내 KOSPI 및 KOSDAQ 상장기업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석으로 이루어졌으며, 종속변수로서 이익조정은 재량적 발생액을 통한 이익조정 실물이익조정에 대한 측정치를 모두 활용하여 분석했다.BR[연구결과] 분석결과, 산업 내 정도가 성향을 가진 경영자가 통해 상향조정하는 경향에 통제역할을 수행하는 나타났다. 그렇지만, 실물 이익조정에 대해서는 정도의 통제역할에 통일된 결과를 얻지 못하여 가설을 부분적으로 지지하는 얻었다.BR[연구의 시사점] 이는...

이 연구는 교원 성과상여금 평가기준을 교육책무성 유형(행정적, 전문적, 도덕적, 고객지향적)에 따라 분류하고 이를 바탕으로 평가기준의 실태를 분석하여 제고를 위한 평가가준의 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 위해 경기도 내 초등학교 90개교의 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유형별로 분류한 결과 행정적, 전문적 책무성이 매우 높은 비율을 차지하고 있었다. 둘째, 평가내용과 관련하여 투입차원의 평가지표가 가장 많았고, 산출 차원의 적었다. 셋째, 평가방법과 평가지표는 대부분 객관적 지표로 이루어져 있었고, 이는 행정적 책무성과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 넷째, 평가자와 평가주체는 교사로 관리자와 학부모의 순으로 나타났다. 관리자는 도덕적 책무성, 학부모는 고객지향적 통해 같이 제언하였다. 책무성을 평가할 수 있는 개발이 필요하다. 투입보다 과정 및 높여야 한다.This study classifies evaluation teacher s...
