In this work, cold-rolling was utilized to induce a high density of crystal defects in Al0.3CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys. The effects annealing temperature on static recrystallization, precipitation behavior and mechanical properties were investigated. With increasing from 590 °C 800 °C, the area fraction recrystallized region increases 26.9% 93.9%. Cold-rolling deformation largely promotes B2 phases during annealing, characteristics precipitates are linked recrystallization level. coarse...

In this work, an as-rolled AZ31 square bar with c-axis//ND (normal direction) texture was used. Side-rolling and reciprocating torsion were performed to treat the bar. Microstructure evolution tensile-compressive properties investigated in detail. Initial rolled exhibits a large yield asymmetry along rolling direction (RD). Reciprocating can generate extension twins introduce twin boundaries twin-texture. The structure reduce asymmetry. However, only limited regions be twinned during...

Steganography entails concealing secret data within a given medium for covert communication. In recent years, style-transferred images have been widely disseminated on social media, offering novel multimedia carrier steganography. However, there is currently lack of steganographic techniques specifically designed images. this paper, we propose disguising the tool as deep neural network (DNN) performing style transfer tasks. our method, manipulated to image target style, while also embedding...

The influence of free-end torsion on compressive behavior an extruded AZ31 rod at various temperatures was studied. Pre-torsion generates a high density dislocations and large number twins in the matrix, which can largely enhance yield strength RT 100 °C. However, with increasing temperature, hardening effect via pre-torsion gradually decreases. When temperature reaches 300 °C, reduces strength. Moreover, initial help to refine sub-structure accelerate continuous dynamic recrystallization...

On-wafer measurements were performed for AlGaN/GaN metal-insulator-semiconductor high electron mobility transistors (MIS-HEMTs) configured as single-ended radio-frequency (RF) mixers. While the depletion-mode (D-mode) HEMTs have a negative threshold voltage, RF passive mixer design requires no biasing and draws electrical power. A conversion loss small 13 dB is obtained, which quite close to ideal value of 9.9 using perfect switch. The 1-dB compression point (at input) ranges from −1.3dBm 5...
